Unlike many other stores that we reviewed, La-Z-Boy doesn’t deal with the interior elements. They are manufacturing the home furniture pieces and they only deal with the indoor, outdoor, residential and office furniture. You won’t find rugs and other small items for your home interior here.

Most of their products do not have the photos showcasing how their furniture looks inside the house. It’s crucial to see a few interior examples, so we believe it might be a problem for some of their clients.

But the photos they have are high-quality though.

Since they’re not just a retailer, but a real manufacturer of their own goods — you have many options to customize your products before you check out. You can choose colors, fabrics and even order custom upgrades for the furniture you like.

You will have 30 days to process a return for the office and outdoor furniture. Make sure that all of the products have the original packaging and are in good condition before you start the return process.

The delivery was good. One of the power motors for the foot rest malfunctioned. The delivery person was able to fix it and our salesperson called to make sure we we satisfied.

We bought a love seat during the clearance. We had issues with the comfort of the furniture. Even though this was a floor model close out, Roger contacted us to make things right.and we were able to exchange our love seat for a couple of chairs. Even though we changed furniture, there is still issues with the comfort. It has been around a month and he covering on one chair is stiff and hard and the other chair is uncomfortable to sit in. We don't understand how three different chairs can have comfort issues. We bought a chair from a different company and do not have issues with it.

We bought a love seat during the clearance. We had issues with the comfort of the furniture. Even though this was a floor model close out, Roger contacted us to make things right. Steve, at the Mission Valley location, made our sofa shopping experience easy and enjoyable! I did not feel pressured and even when I had a few reservations, they were quick to help in any way they could. I highly recommend the Mission Valley location and the La-Z-Boy customer service thus far.

It was an easy process working with Amy and Steve in selecting a power lift chair for my 80+ year old mother. They were knowledgeable and patient while I tested and retested chairs. The overall experience was effortless. I’d recommend visiting Mission Valley location, they’re wonderful. BTW, this is my fifth La-Z-Boy purchase. The quality of the product cannot be beat by other manufacturers.
