Your receiving department is absolutely amazing. My driver delivered there for the first time today 4/23/2020 checked in at 8am and out the door, bills in hand at 8:20am. I loved this place but when i went on 2/12/20, I was told by an employee that the store is permanently closed. They have moved returns to another state so the outlet will be there. I am so disappointed.

Overstock is a great hidden gem. We don't always find what we are looking for, but we always find something for a great price. I would recommend going there if you need a single chair. They don't always have sets, but you can always find one chair you like.

I'm guessing the other reviews saying the prices were too high didn't read the big white boards that said 70% off unless final price is indicated... Ladies up front let me know when they may get a few of the items I was looking for, and that I can call ahead to see if they are there instead of driving in. They also have people who can help you carry things to your car.

Follow their Facebook group and find when the big sales are. We've bought $1000 couches for less than $200. Dining room chairs for less than $60. We purchased an amazing $800 rug for $58 during one of their sales.Not everything is new or scratch free, but this is one of the diamond in the rough places. We love coming here.

Its a big warehouse with a lot of housewares and a some clothing and electronics. Most of the stuff had really good pricing, even lower than what can be found on the website. If you want more than what they have you can pay the low outlet price for what's there and then buy the rest of the set online. The warehouse is not heated so take a coat in winter.
Love this place! You'll never know what's there but you can for sure find gems which we did! New desks for us and a beautiful bedroom dresser for super cheap! Well worth the drive up there!
Crazy amount of stuff to go through! Huge selection of of rugs and chairs, although it is hard to find matching chairs. Prices still seemed to be a bit higher then you would expect for an outlet store. A lot of the furniture is damaged but doesn’t effect the price. Still worth going every once in a while.
Very cool original furniture and tons of it. Stuff you can't find anywhere else. A lot of odds and ends. Elctronics are okay but priced to high. Inventory changes almost daily (don't go on Mondays cuz they are closed).
This outlet always has really good deals on furniture and decor. We purchased a new rug, down comforter, and memory foam mattress topper for $80 that we would have spent over $700 in retail price. They regularly have barstools and dining room chairs for under $30 and everything at Overstock is good quality furniture.Note that there isn't a lot of interaction with employees here until you need help moving something. You're on your own when you're shopping, so don't expect an interior decorator or someone to clue you in to how to decorate your space.Also, I've gone here a few times without getting anything. Be willing to try again next time if you don't find quite the right piece. The savings are worth the time!
I have a love hate relationship with this place. I've been a customer for years, and have purchased a lot of stuff from here. It use to be one of my favorite places, as you use to be able to barter to get the prices down to a reasonable amount based on the condition of the item. Now they no longer negotiate on pricing, and honestly I'm at a loss on how they determine their value on things. I suspect that it's a standard percentage off the retail value, but this in no way reflects the true value of the item. A good number of items sold her look like they've fallen off the back of a truck, and are so beat up that they are hardly worth hauling off let alone pay anything for. With that said, I can still occasionally find a deal hidden among all the junk if they are doing a good weekly promotion. If you go to this outlet store with no expectation of finding anything worth buying and not looking for anything specific, you may come away with a deal... otherwise you'll likely be disappointed.FYI, extremely limited return policy, be sure you get a good look at whatever you buy before you buy and check functionality before the purchase otherwise you may get stuck with a lemon!

This place is a gem! Especially for furniture, curtains and rugs. The day I went in, everything was an additional 40% off! I scored Tom Ford sunnies for $65, retail $380, a cashmere cardigan for $38 retailed for $299 and some cute curtains for only $4.50 per panel. I'm from out of state, otherwise this would be my go-to home decor spot!!!
I kind of don't want to write a review about this place but I will. The only reason I am hesitant is that I kind of want to keep this place a secret. I see that there are some negative comments though so I felt compelled to give my two cents worth. I love coming here. They have so many great deals. Like any kind of outlet store, things come and go so sometime there might not be anything you feel compelled to get. But sometimes there is. One time I bought an awesome generator for really cheap. I decided later that I didn't want it so I sold it online. I made around $100 profit and they still got a great deal. I just wished I lived closer. Or maybe not since it's hard for me to resist killer deals.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE or you will b e screwed, blued and tattooed. I purchased an icemaker (order 27727862) on 2/18/20 and it arrived on friday 2/21/20. I even purchased their 2yr protection plan. Over the weekend I hooked it up and it was totally unacceptable. Something made a noise so loud I couldn’t keep it in the same room as the TV. On Monday morning 2/24/20 I called Overstock. com and told them about the problem and that I wanted to return it. Case #11146137. It turns out they are selling products for third parties other than themselves. They said they would contact 3rd party. Overstock advertised that all purchases had a 30 day refund which you have to have when you buy online as you don’t have the opportunity to actually see the product. The third party was OneBigOutlet.com out of California, and through Overstock.com told me to send a video to them of the problem and they would decide whether to replace it or fix it. I let overstock.com know that I am not overly tech savy and didn’t know how to send a video let alone send it from telephone to them. I heard nothing more and meanwhile I asked someone for aid in taking the video and sending it to them. On 3/9/20 I called overstock.com and asked what was happening and they said the third party was waiting on the video. I told them that I had to ask someone else to do the video and send it to them and if it didn’t make it through internet it was too late for I had cleaned item and boxed it up for reshipment. Further since I hadn’t heard back for a couple of weeks, I contacted Walmart.com, whom I have dealt with before and trust, and replaced the icemaker. It came two days later and worked perfect, or I would have been without ice that I use daily. Told them I just wanted to return the bad one and just to send me a shipping label. Actually I want to send it to Overstock.com for that is whom I bought it from and not a third party. I have not since heard anything. On 3/18/20 I sent them a msg that I just wanted it returned and my account credited. I have since seen an attorney and was informed that like so man y online websites that overstock looked like a sham seller and he even found in one of my emails from them that in fine print states that “third party sales returns could be different than Overstock’s. He found this on a confirmation from Overstock of my purchase, that was from a third party which I didn’t even know about at purchase.
So here I sit with a unacceptable ice maker, even with the two year warranty, and am out the $107 purchase price,which seems like less than it would cost me to sue.
