I love Raymour & Flanigan on Rt 4 East in Paramus, l had the most pleasant experience there recently. It was late one night and l happened to pass the Raymour & Flanigan store on Rt 4 East and although it looked closed when l went inside l was greeted by Leslie greeted me warmly with a friendly smile. She was so professional as she took the time to go over all the different mattresses and frames. She was extremely knowledgeable and I never once felt rushed or oversold. l told her l wanted a Firm mattress and she walked me straight to rhe bed. I laid down on it and that was it, SOLD. I have had my bed for about 3 months now and every night l go to bed l am so happy, l love it! The bed is beautiful, high quality and Leslie explained their policy and made sure l would be covered if anything came up. I will definitely be back for more furniture at Raymour & Flanigan!

I’ve been a Raymour & Flanigan customer for a long time, however this was my first online order - and never again will I order something from them online! While I completely understand that I choose the items, and that I choose the wrong sized box spring for a new bed (right size bed, just wrong height), I used the chat function to have a person help me as I couldn’t figure out how to get the mattresses and bed frame delivered at the same time. There was no recommendation that I was maybe picking the wrong height box spring. I contacted customer service the morning after the delivery as while I thought it might be too high, I also thought it would be ok - after the first nights use - it wasn’t what I wanted. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do - and to buy a new box spring would now cost an additional $600 as I don’t qualify for free delivery now. I understand that it’s completely my fault - and there is nothing wrong with anything, delivery was quick and easy - flawless, but I will never order anything online from them again! Buyer be ware!!

Raj at their Paramus location was great to deal with. Professional, not pushy, communication was great throughout the process. Offered solution for my old furniture. Furniture was delivered on time and the delivery team was amazing too. Friendly, respectful. Great overall experience with R&F and my sofa looks great and is super comfortable.
The delivery men were rushed but did a great job. I feel for them with so many deliveries crammed into the day. They were hustling. What I didn’t appreciate at the end was How the delivery man handled things at the end. After he had me sign, he directed me to check my text messages for confirmation. And then proceeded to quickly force me through giving them a five star review, so fast that I didn’t even realize he was doing it until it was done. He basically said, “click on the link, Press here (on 5th star), click on all 4 of those tabs (professionalism, etc.). That’s it now close”. He didn’t give me a chance to even think through it. He practically press the buttons for me.Otherwise, the two armchairs and mattress were wonderful. Everything was assembled appropriately. And they rushed off, understandably since they had literally 20 stops prior to me and probably another 20 after me. They definitely seemed overworked.
The salesman was good. My only complaint is he said he could get additional discounts and then I gave him at 15% off coupon and he said “great, that’s additional savings” but the total didn’t have any special discounts. When I asked him about it, he said he gave me what he could. And I didn’t think that that was fair.

Thanks Ian!Delivery experience: They showed up within the timeframe provided, which ALL other furniture companies have failed to do so.When they arrived, there was an issue with the bed not being set up low. We called Ian and he helped us sort it out with the delivery guys and now our bed is low. They rushed out so quickly so we didn’t have time to put the furniture movers under the legs so we ended up doing it ourselves, but that’s not on them. The bed got delivered within 9 days and we’re having a happy sleep.

Marina at the Paramus store was an absolute angel helping us out when we were furnishing an apartment for dad—twice, once for original place and again when we moved him. She didn't oversell anything expensive, found us good deals, gave lots of options, and tirelessly rearranged layouts till we were happy. Then with the move months later, she worked on new layout for no extra charge, just gave her time. She even went to both places to checkout the space personally. Her taste was excellent, she was efficient and creative at arranging for a small space, and most of all she was VERY KIND and patient. Would choose her again and again!

We walked into Raymour last week and met Yvietta. She was so good. She helped us put a piece together that didn’t exist because of our space and measurement constraints, she took her time with us, she followed up with us when she said the next day, she listened to both of us and what we needed and wanted to get us what we were looking for. We met with her a few days later to finalize the details, stayed later then her shift to go over everything and stayed with us till after we purchased to make sure we understood all and were happy. She even followed up the next day with great news about shipping dates, compared to all the delays with shipments and wait times. She was amazing, and I will definitely go back and only work with her again in the future. She was an employee everyone should have.

This is the second time I am purchasing from Raymond & Flanigan, this time was looking for a dining room set. I was extremely satisfied with the multiple selections in store and Enan Loyal helped me to look into online too since I needed the dining set to be delivered in this month itself. We visited the R&F Outlet store on Route 4 initially looking for a living room set. Shout out to Sheila at the Outlet store. She was courteous, friendly and suggested we visited the Rt. 17 location for what we were specifically looking for. Angie was our sales associate in the main store. She spent a great deal of time with us as we considered the alternatives. After deciding on a grouping, we were provided with what we were told were sale prices. 20% off. Well, unbeknownst to us, the 20% off pertained to the original item pricing, NOT the current sale items. I was informed of this when I contacted the store the following day to review my sales receipt. This was somewhat misleading as we were told we would be getting 20% off of our entire purchase.Delivery of our items was prompt and the delivery crew was professional and courteous as well. Our overall experience with RF was positive, and the quality of the furniture is good. The only negative we came away with was the sense that the sales practices should have been a bit more transparent as it related to sales and marked down items.
Went in to purchase a mattress after visiting two other stores. We were helped by Tom Manousos, who was able to show us a wider selection of products that other stores didn't offer. He was really open about what he owns, what he likes, and what he wishes he had done differently (just get the king mattress if you have the space for it folks). He was able to find a great mattress for us within our budget, which is something the other two salespeople didn't even bother to ask until they gave us massive stickershock. Highly recommend talking to Tom if you're in the market for a bed!

From couches with matching gliding recliners to bedding and mattresses, bunky boards and their construction and development, Sam was the "Energizer Bunny." He took his time to explain all the products' positive as well as the bad features with each and every product in the store. We felt totally at ease with his recommendations. As you go through this gigantic store getting an education on all products you may be interested in, Sam takes you from looking to buying or just browsing, to picking out colors or fabric to get the most out of you choices while always considering the most bang for your bucks. Saleswoman was very helpful but after I had paid something didn't look right so I went back to check the sticker on the dining hutch I just ordered and it was showing a lower price than I was charged.I went back to the payments department and was told the price online didn't match the sticker and after that also spoke with another salesperson who admitted they had the wrong price listed but refused to honor it, if it wanted to shop online I would have done so I came to the store for a reason.If they list a price and you buy something based on that price it shouldn't even be a question whether to honor it or not, very disappointing, especially since I'm a loyal customer and have probably spent close to 15k in the last five years.Mary just have to start shopping somewhere else.

Visited the Store on Rte 17 in Paramus NJ. Met with salesperson Enrique....awesome representative of R&F. He was knowledgeable in product and comparable prices within the area. Purchased Living, dining, bedroom sets. No regrets with purchase. Only downside is waiting time for delivery of merchandise (8-10 weeks). Be prepared for that long of wait. Otherwise....5 stars.
Great customer service in store and home delivery. The associate at the store level really helped me find the perfect mattress. The home delivery was the best, called in advance to let us know what time was there arrival, set up of mattress was easy and effortless. Great service, good thing we chose Raymour and Flanigan for our mattress. In the future, we will continue shopping here.
We came in to buy furniture for our new home and we're greeted upon arrival. Thomas was helpful and attentive when we needed, but did not hover over us. We left with a couch for the living room, the family room, and a beautiful custom accent chair. They were accommodating and patient as I changed my mind hundreds of times I'm sure.
went to this store by default ( wanted the outlet) but as the rep said it was by God's design. Ingrid was super helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone to this store on route 17.
