credit decrease twice in 1 year
I’ve never had any credit card decrease my credit Limit, the bank they use for there credit cards checked my credit report twice and decreased my credit limit twice but they never lost any money from me or my wife. I don’t do business with companies If they thought I wouldn’t pay my bill then they should have never issued the card to me. beware of the Comenity bank they will check your credit report and if your score goes down a little the they will decrease your credit limit in half the each time I have several other cards in my wallet all in good standing and this happened. I just paid them of and told them to close my account and will never buy anything from pier 1 again.

I ordered 6 salad plates
They sent me 4 salad plates and
2 dinner plates. I already had 8 dinner plates. Now they are close due to Covid 19 so there is no one to speak to, but you can still place orders.
I purchased stools for my kitchen before the virus out break. One stool was damaged, so we were able to exchange it. Since the outbreak 2 of 3 stools have broken from simple everyday use. I understand there are more important issues rt now, i just hope the company will still honor their return policy as I have tried contacting customer service and the call center is closed.
I have a bench from Pier 1 without the hardware to assemble plus no shipping label to return. It’s irresponsible for Pier 1 to still take on line orders, send product promotions and continue to bill without any access to customer service! There are other retail companies that have customer service available during Covid-19. Pier 1 customers should not be responsible for payment for any damaged merchandise or incomplete merchandise!!
