They have top-notch quality products in their inventory. Some of their items are made to order, and some of them are collected from companies that make custom-designed furniture and accessories.
Their shipping policies are the same as most of the companies have nowadays. They ship the product within 3-7 days after the purchase. Once it’s shipped, you’ll get the notification with the tracking number.
If you purchased an oversized item, you’d be contacted by the freight shipping services to discuss the delivery date.
Their products can be pricey due to how trendy and stylish they are. They carefully handpick the best exclusive items worldwide, so the price is fair for what you get.

The website is very convenient and allows you to find the product you need quite fast. They have lots of categories for the items they sell; they also broke down their collections by the type of room.
Our favorite feature is the ‘quick shop’ button. Whenever you scroll the category page and click on this button near the product you like, you’ll see the product details/images appear and an ‘add to bag’ button. This saves a lot of time.

I have been waiting for some items since July. I called the store, email, texted and I have not heard anything from them. They said in their answer machine that “they will call you within 5 business days. Well, I have been waiting for two months. I do not recommend buying from this store. When they say they will call you in five business days it means that they will not call you. This store sucks . And so not recommend it at all .

Oh man had I only read the reviews! I’ve been waiting since Aug 26 for two accent chairs…they sub out to the worst delivery company the takes 3 weeks to schedule, hours of time spend on hold simply to schedule and confirm delivery. Day of delivery, no calls, texts, over 4 hours late and spent another hour on hold with them to find out why my delivery never came. Finally called Lulu and Georgia and they’ll have to call me back tomorrow to see what’s going on, but assured me this was a third party and not the delivery company they like to use. Completely frustrating experience all around with zero respect for my time. Highly do NOT recommend. Haven’t had any problems with other companies.

I wish I had done more research on this company prior to purchase. I got sold by the slick social marketing and catalogues – also the reviews on their site were glowing so I presumed the quality was good and in line with their premium prices. I only realized later that they are selective about the reviews they post – I submitted ~3 bad to average reviews and none of them were posted. They said that there was a backlog, but I saw that reviews submitted after mine were posted (positive of course). I placed a large order consisting of sofa, lounge chairs, coffee table, dining chairs, rug etc. and was pretty disappointed with the quality across the board. I returned most – which was an expensive exercise. I did keep the dining chairs, and in the first week of using, one of the joints on the leg completely snapped, causing my guest to fall and come very close to a serious injury. I contacted the company about this a week ago (via e-mail as they don’t have a contact number). I haven’t heard back yet – and by the sounds of other customers’ experience, may not hear back for a while. Will not be ordering from here again. Maybe they weren’t this bad previously but since covid, it sounds like their service level has plummeted.
Stay away from Lulu & Georgia. 1) I had to write them to determine the “hardwood” the sideboard I was interested in was made from. They told me mahogany, but wouldn’t that be worth listing on the website? 2) Their sale was a bait and switch. 25% Off of Everything! (asterisk). Neither the asterisk nor the disclaimer discussed the fact that new season items would not be included in the sale. Only that Full-Priced items would be. There was nothing on the Tye page itself stating that it would not be included until a week after contacting them. The “customer support” guy told me that the item wasn’t included, not why, and sent me a screen shot of the web page. Funny thing, that disclaimer blurb in red on the web page wasn’t there when I ordered. 3) As I mentioned, it took a week for any response from the company and it wasn’t helpful or anything. I tried phone calls, chatting, and emails. I never heard from them again until I contacted them today stating that I had called to Refuse Delivery from the carrier, called my credit card company, was going to call Amazon Pay, and would leave web reviews and file a complaint with the BBB. Then I heard from them right away! Actually, from two people. First they were going to do me the “courtesy” of refunding the cost of item and 25% RESTOCKING FEE! The next person jumped on and said that they’d be refunding all shipping, as well. I am afraid to say that I am seeing this shyster-y form of online company more and more. Even Away luggage. Good product, but nearly non-existent customer service! Just search web for the company, Tons of bad reviews for Lulu & Georgia.
Stay away from Lulu & Georgia. I am appalled at this company. I ordered a sofa in July 2020, waited 6 months for my sofa. No updates, no tracking, and no responses to my multiple emails asking for an update. When I started to complain on social media they restricted my comments and deleted them so other users wouldn’t see it. I don’t know how they are still in business. It’s utterly not okay when you are paying so much money for this furniture and have waited so long.
The Lulu and Georgia website is very impressive thus the reason I ordered from them. I quickly discovered that the adage “looks can be deceiving” was most definitely applicable in this case. Apparently, their expertise is limited to design as I would characterize the manner with which they conduct business as arrogant and irresponsible. Perhaps, that is the reason they do not provide a contact number on their website and use an automated email response with no follow up. I thought it was very curious that the charge on my credit card was posted within hours of placing my order clearly demonstrating that profit is a great motivator for them to expedite that process. Likewise, I find it troublesome that there is no way to make products inquires before placing an order as they choose not to answer emails. The customer has no choice but to place the order and incur the hefty S&H charge to possibly find that the items in the order did not work for them. Essentially, they secure their money upfront with the inflated S&H charge and make a feeble attempt to placate the customer by offering free return shipping. Case in point: A S&H charge of $40.00 was applied to my order of two 20×20 and one 16×22 throw pillows; the charge was based on the total cost of the items rather that the traditional by weight. If I kept them, they made $40.00; if I return them under the auspices of their free return offer, I am surmising that the cost to them will be based on weight….the more cost effective option. In conclusion, since I have not even received an order confirmation yet nor any responses to my emails, I have no choice but to pursue other avenues to have my account credited.
I made an order 12/12. Since then, no product or response to my email. This is not an isolated incident. Read your BBB reviews. Upon research, your company is increasingly sounding like a scam. People all over the internet are not getting their orders, refunds, no contact. It is now 1/23. Their Twitter account has even been suspended for some reason.
And
Like others are saying, they disabke the comments on all social media so no other customers can see the reality that this is a company in crisis or just shady.

Avoid L&G at least for now
I have been waiting for almost a month for a rug that was declared “delivered” by fedex. It wasn’t delivered, my building has cameras. Fedex isn’t helping and L&G customer service is MIA. This has been a stressful situation considering how much their items cost.
